Product Overview:

Tray Dryer Ovens are specially designed for uniform drying of various industrial materials including chemicals, powders, granules, pharmaceuticals, paper tubes, plastics, paints, and more. These ovens ensure effective drying with controlled temperature and air circulation across multiple trays.

Technical Specifications:1. Construction:

• Outer Body: MS powder coated or Stainless Steel (304/316 optional)

• Inner Chamber: SS 304 or GI / MS with heat-resistant paint

• Insulation: 75 mm thick Rockwool or Glass wool to minimize heat loss

• Doors: Double-layered insulated doors with silicone gasket and lockable handles

• Material: Stainless Steel 304 (18 SWG)

• Size: 800 mm x 400 mm x 30 mm (standard)
